Reckon this'll bolt right up to where my old pump was? Got a 4-bolt flange deal goin' on.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 2, 2025, 9:06 PM
Installation-wise, this pump uses a standard 4-bolt, 1.78-inch pilot mounting flange, so it should be a direct mechanical replacement if your old pump matches that configuration.
Question by: Hank P on Jan 14, 2026, 4:57 PM
pump says bi-directional but how does that actually work with the check valves, does it just automatically handle whichever way you spin it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 16, 2026, 6:53 AM
The check valves are what make the bi-directional setup possible. When the pump runs in either rotation, the check valves manage the flow internally so the inlet and outlet function correctly regardless of shaft direction. You do not need to replumb or reconfigure anything when changing rotation. It handles the switching on its own, which makes it a solid choice for applications where drive direction is not fixed or may vary.

trying to match up mounts, is this one the 4-bolt 1.78 pilot flange deal?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 6, 2026, 9:21 PM
Mounting is the 4-bolt 1.78 inch pilot style, so it fits setups built around that pilot and bolt pattern.
