DANFOSS / EATON ADAPTER

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems, this carbon steel straight adapter connects a 9/16 in. SAE 37° male flare end to a 1/2 in. BSPP male end, providing a reliable transition between two commonly used thread standards. The Danfoss / Eaton Adapter is part of the Aeroquip GG106 Series and carries a Dura-Kote plating finish that provides strong corrosion resistance in demanding service environments.

Rated for operating pressures above standard SAE requirements, this adapter suits applications where higher pressure performance is a priority. A minimum working temperature of -40° makes it suitable for cold-environment use, and the straight configuration keeps installations compact. The GG106 Series spans hundreds of styles, offering broad compatibility across system configurations.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Tommy R on Dec 29, 2025, 1:29 PM
Will this adapter hold up if I'm running hydraulic fluid through it at, say, 2500 PSI?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 30, 2025, 6:26 PM
Dura-Kote plating helps this adapter resist corrosion in demanding conditions, and it's rated for operating pressures exceeding standard SAE requirements. So, yes, it should handle 2500 PSI without any trouble.
