Designed for mobile on- and off-highway vehicles, this Aeroquip Hose, Engine, Other BioDiesel Hose from the Danfoss/Eaton GH101 Series handles transmission oil cooler lines, engine oil circuits, and tank-to-tank biofuel transfer within a single hose platform, reducing the number of hose types needed across mixed-fuel applications.
The hose is built with a Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber (HNBR) tube and a Chlorinated Polyethylene cover over a single-ply polyester braid reinforcement. The cover provides standard abrasion resistance, and the construction is electrically conductive, an important characteristic in fuel transfer applications. Rated for a temperature range starting at -40°F, it maintains reliability under high operating temperatures. At dash size -4, the hose has a minimum bend radius of 1.25 inches and is rated for 500,000 impulse cycles. Compatible fittings are the OTC Series.
