Description & Features

Designed for low-temperature flexing and general industrial hydraulic service, this -8 dash size hose handles petroleum and water-based fluids across a wide operating range, with a minimum working temperature of -70°F. The Aeroquip MATCHMATE ICE Hose is built around a low-temperature nitrile tube and a two-ply wire braid reinforcement, wrapped in a synthetic rubber cover with premium abrasion resistance and an embossed lay line for clear identification.

Rated to SAE 100R16 and EN857 2SC standards, it also carries MSHA approval and EN45545 compliance, making it suitable for demanding environments where regulatory requirements apply. Conductive construction supports static-dissipating applications. Compatible with TTC and 1Sa qualified fittings, the hose is rated for 400,000 impulse cycles and maintains a minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches, attributes that support long service life in high-cycle hydraulic circuits. The GH120 series is engineered to sustain high working pressures while remaining flexible enough for installations where tight routing is required.
