Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic systems handling petroleum-based fluids, water-glycol base fluids, lubricating oils, and water, this dash -24 hose is built for demanding industrial service. The Aeroquip MatchMate Hose features a nitrile tube, a single-ply wire braid reinforcement, and a PVC/nitrile blend cover rated for a minimum operating temperature of -46°C, with a minimum bend radius of 9.84 inches.

Certified to SAE 100R1AT, SAE 100R17, EN853 1SN, EN853 1ST, and EN857 1SC, and carrying Eaton Aeroquip's conductive construction, it meets USCG, MSHA, DNV, and ABS compliance requirements, making it suitable for marine, mining, and other regulated environments. The system-engineered MatchMate design is intended to extend hose assembly service life and maintain performance through 400,000 impulse cycles.

got a tight spot to route this hose, how sharp can i bend the GH663-24 without kinkin it?
