Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic systems handling petroleum-based fluids, water-glycol fluids, lubricating oils, and water, this -32 dash size Aeroquip MatchMate Hose features a nitrile tube, single-wire-braid reinforcement, and a PVC/nitrile blend cover. Construction is rated to an impulse cycle life of 400,000 cycles with a minimum bend radius of 12.4 inches, and the hose remains serviceable down to -46°C.

The conductive design meets a broad range of certifications including SAE 100R17, SAE 100R1AT, EN853 1SN, EN853 1ST, and EN857 1SC, with additional compliance under USCG, DNV, and MSHA approvals, making it well-suited for marine, mining, and heavy industrial environments. Qualified fittings for this hose are TTC style. The lay line is applied via transfer tape, and the system-engineered approach to hose and fitting compatibility is intended to extend overall assembly service life under demanding pressure conditions.

got a tight spot to snake this through. how sharp can i bend the GH663-32 before i’m asking for trouble
