Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Connie C on Sep 2, 2025, 6:19 AM
Does this hose hold up to water-glycol fluid, or is it strictly for petroleum-based systems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 4, 2025, 8:46 AM
Water-glycol base fluids are fully supported alongside petroleum-based hydraulic fluids. Lubricating oils and water are also listed applications, so it covers a pretty broad range of common hydraulic media without issue.
Question by: Ricky R on Dec 22, 2025, 4:12 PM
Wondering if this Aeroquip hose would work alright with standard hydraulic fluid, or if it needs something special?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 24, 2025, 11:30 AM
This hose is designed for hydraulic systems using petroleum and water-glycol base fluids, lubricating oils, and water, so standard hydraulic fluid should be just fine.
