Question by: Clint F on Jan 24, 2026, 8:18 PM
what's this hose made of and is it meant for pulling liquid or pushing it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 26, 2026, 7:01 AM
PVC construction, and yes, it's built for suction service. That means it's rated to pull liquid rather than just carry pressurized flow. The green jacket is standard for Kuriyama's suction-grade PVC line, and the 8-inch diameter puts it in the range of high-volume transfer work like pump intake lines or large irrigation draws.
