Description & Features

Rated for a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar), the 6 ft., Heavy-duty Rubber High Pressure Hydraulic Hose, .25 in. Internal Diameter is built for repeated use in demanding high-pressure hydraulic applications. Part of Enerpac's H900 Series, this hose is constructed with a rubber outer jacket reinforced by two layers of steel wire braid, providing durability in tough working environments.

Designed to comply with the Material Handling Institute IJ-100 hose specification, the H900 Series is engineered with low "memory" for flexible routing across long hose runs. Crimped-on rubber strain relief guards on both ends contribute to extended service life under frequent cycling. At 2.6 lbs, this 6 ft. configuration is a practical choice for stationary and portable high-pressure hydraulic equipment.

need a 6 foot hose for a 10,000 psi hand pump setup. is this one actually rated for that kind of pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 5:23 PM
For pressure rating, the H900-Series hose is listed with a maximum working pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar), so it matches a 10,000 psi hydraulic setup.

Running about 30 feet of hose on a hydraulic press setup and need something that ain't gonna kink up or fight me every time I move it. This one any good for long runs?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 11:02 AM
Low memory is one of the stronger selling points on the H900-Series. It stays where you put it and doesn't coil back or hold a bent shape after routing, which makes it a solid pick when you've got a long run to manage. Two layers of steel wire braid under the rubber jacket keep it reinforced without making it stiff, so you get flexibility without sacrificing strength. Up to 50 feet is available, and the vinyl strain relief guards on both ends help protect the hose at connection points where wear tends to start first.
