Manufactured by Danfoss Power Solutions II LLC. the H Series Geroter Motor offers high performance and reliability for a variety of industrial applications. Designed with a 4 bolt mounting flange and 1 in. straight keyed shaft this motor is suitable for agricultural augers harvesters seeders and industrial sweepers and floor polishers.

The displacement of 22.60 cu in/rev ensures efficiency while the 1/2 NPT ports facilitate seamless integration. Enhanced bearing life and improved shaft seal provide longevity and durability even under rigorous conditions.

Capable of a maximum case pressure of 1500 PSI and operating up to 180 F this motor stands out in demanding environments. Its torque rating reaches up to 407 newton metre supporting robust functionality. Minimum viscosity at operating temperature should be the higher of either 100 SUS or (20 x PSI)/RPM = SUS.

To optimize performance it is essential to perform a break-in run for approximately one hour at 30% of rated pressure before full load application. Use of premium quality anti-wear type hydraulic fluid is recommended and ensure filtration per ISO Cleanliness Code level 18/13.

what's the break-in procedure for this motor before putting it under full load?

Run it for about an hour at roughly 30% of rated pressure before you throw a full load on it. Make sure the motor is filled with fluid before any load gets applied. Skipping that step or rushing through it can shorten the motor's life considerably, so it's worth taking the time upfront.

trying to swap out an old char-lynn motor on an auger. is this one the 4-bolt mount with a 1 inch straight keyed shaft?
