Need a torx cap screw for a Char-Lynn motor, is this one the flanged style or just a plain head
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 10, 2025, 9:12 PM
Flanged head is the built-in feature on this capscrew, so it is not a plain Torx head. It is an alloy steel Torx head cap screw sold as a Char-Lynn spare part.
Question by: Darryl M on Jun 8, 2025, 1:09 PM
what series motors does this torx cap screw fit? got a couple units in the shop and need to make sure i'm grabbing the right part before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 9, 2025, 9:02 PM
Fits both the H Series and S Series Char-Lynn motors. On the H Series side it covers the -007, -008, and -009 displacements, and on the S Series it works with the -008, -009, and -010. Just match your motor series and displacement code before ordering and you should be good to go.
