The nitrile tube and two-ply fiber braid reinforcement provide a reliable structure suited to the rigors of regular washdown service, though this hose is not rated for milk conveyance.

Available in dash size -12 with a 1.25-inch product width and a minimum bend radius of 2.25 inches, this hose handles a working temperature range starting at -40°F. The conductive construction and ink jet lay line are consistent with industrial-grade hose standards. Compatible qualified fittings include 4S and barbed insert types. Can this hose handle the regular cleanings at our plant? We use some pretty strong stuff sometimes.

This Danfoss / Eaton hose is designed for washdown use specifically in food processing environments, so it should hold up well. The vinyl nitrile cover is pin-pricked for that purpose.
