DANFOSS / EATON POLYFORCE II 3/8 ID 250 PSI

Description & Features

Rated for 250 PSI working pressure, the Danfoss / Eaton Polyforce II is a 3/8" ID multipurpose industrial hose designed for general-purpose air and water service in low-pressure applications. The tube and cover are both constructed from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with a single-ply textile braid reinforcement providing reliable structural support at this pressure range. The pin-pricked, conductive black cover offers premium abrasion resistance and meets SAE J517 certification standards.

Compatible qualified fittings include E, Z, 265P, 1A, barbed inserts, quick-acting or long-shank types, and quick-disconnect styles, giving this hose broad adaptability across common industrial connections. A minimum bend radius of 1" and a minimum working temperature of -10°F make it suitable for a range of service environments. With a legacy of industrial hose manufacturing dating back to 1870, Danfoss Power Solutions engineered this line for consistent safety and reliability in everyday industrial service.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Neal M on Jul 17, 2025, 11:07 AM
How flexible is this hose? I need something that can bend around some tight corners.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 19, 2025, 10:50 AM
The minimum bend radius is 1 inch, so it's fairly flexible for its size.
