Description & Features

Application Note	In an operating system, the H2O-Gate vent breather creates a moisture barrier when there is at least a 5°F difference between reservoir and ambient temperature, and when there is at least a 10% exchange of air volume above the fluid.
Efficiency	99% at 2 micron.
Features	Rugged corrosion resistant ABS plastic housing. Visual mechanical indicator that triggers at 1 PSID during exhalation. Reversible flow-through media allows moisture to exit while filter regenerates its capacity to prevent moisture ingression. Easy installation. Lightweight design only requires hand tightening.
Note	Mobile systems may actuate the indicator due to vibrations, in which case the element should be changed after 500 hours of operation.
Temperature Rating	Up to 250°F.

Will these breathers hold up okay in a humid environment? I'm in South Louisiana and everything rusts down here.

The housing is made from corrosion-resistant ABS plastic, so it should stand up well to humidity.
