DANFOSS / EATON BULK HOSE HIGH PRESSURE

Description & Features

Rated for hydraulic and pressure wash applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Bulk Hose High Pressure is a dash-8 blue hose built for demanding industrial fluid transfer. The tube is constructed from nitrile, with a vinyl nitrile cover and a single-ply wire braid reinforcement, a combination suited to both hydraulic circuits and pressure wash environments where abrasion resistance and reliable containment are required.

The hose carries MSHA approval and is rated conductive, making it appropriate for use in regulated environments. A minimum bend radius of 3.5 inches and a minimum working temperature of -40°F support flexible routing in cold-environment installations. Lay line printing is applied via ink jet. Compatible fitting series include Z Series and 1A. With a validated impulse cycle life of 150,000 cycles, this hose is designed for sustained service under repeated pressure cycling.

What's the temp range on this hose? Gotta make sure it can handle the winters up here.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 22, 2025, 11:00 AM
The minimum working temperature for this Danfoss/Eaton hose is -40°F, so it should hold up just fine in cold conditions.
