hose says non-conductive, does that hold up around fuel transfer equipment where static buildup might be a concern?

Non-conductive is built into the construction of this hose, so it won't conduct electricity along its length. For fuel and petroleum transfer work, that matters because you're dealing with flammable media and you want the hose itself staying out of any electrical path. The 2-ply fiber-reinforced braid and the nylon veneer tube both contribute to keeping it non-conductive through normal service.
