The Eaton Aeroquip Heavy Duty Bundling Strap allows hoses to expand and contract while ensuring they remain securely in place. This heavy-duty model is constructed from black 1050 ballistic nylon with a dense nylon backing. It features a urethane coating and a nickel-plated steel fastening loop making it durable and reliable for industrial applications.

The strap can accommodate hose bundles with a circumference of up to 12 inches and adjusts to fit various sizes. Rated for a maximum ambient temperature of 175F it is designed for both vertical and horizontal mounting. This bundling strap includes a 7/16 grommet for bolting to the application enhancing its versatility.

The standard duty models utilize black 1050 ballistic nylon 2.38mm thick combined with a urethane-coated Delrin fastening loop while the heavy-duty variants have a thickness of 3.18mm. The hanging style bundling strap is ideal for environments where maintaining hose integrity is critical.

got a bundle that’s right around 12 inches around. is that the max on this strap or will it still cinch down smaller too

It will handle hose bundles up to a 12.00 inch circumference, and it is adjustable so you can snug it down on smaller bundles as needed.

got a bundle of hoses that's just under 12 inches around, will this strap actually hold em snug or is there gonna be a lot of slop in it?
