HE2000 Series Concentric/HALDEX HE2000 Adapter

The HE2000 Series adapter ensures compatibility across all units with a standardized size. Equipped with a translucent plastic reservoir, this unit offers a usable volume that ranges from 0.13 to 1.05 gallons. Alternatively, a steel reservoir is available with capacities from 0.18 to 4 gallons.

Efficient DC motors, both Series and Compound Wound, are designed for long service life with low power consumption. For AC operation, flanges accommodate standard high-efficiency single or three-phase motors (115V, 230V, and 460V).

Pressure-balanced W Series pumps and fixed clearance GC Series gear pumps deliver high efficiency and low noise. A built-in pressure-compensated flow regulator provides consistent lowering speed, regardless of load, between 1 and 4 gpm.

Screw-in cartridge valves are offered in multiple configurations, including 2-way/2-position, and Cetop variations, ensuring adaptability. Additionally, cartridge-style relief valves are engineered for durability.

The recommended filtration level is ISO 4406 Cleanliness level 18/14 or better, and the optimum operating viscosity range is between 80-288 SSU. The temperature range is recommended between -13deg;F and 175deg;F.

Start switches available include 12 VDC and 24 VDC, 3-pole and 4-pole, standard duty, and heavy-duty variations, as well as 1 & 3 PH, 115/230/460 VAC switches with high IP protection class and silver-plated contacts.
