Designed for precision and longevity, the HE2000 Series Concentric AB Barnes Adapter Kit for BAR offers reliable performance for industrial applications. Its pressure-compensated flow regulator enables consistent lowering speeds between 1 and 4 GPM, regardless of load conditions.

Equipped with DC-operated series and compound wound motors, this adapter kit ensures efficient operation with extended service life and minimal power consumption. For AC operations, the adapter kit supports high-efficiency single or 3-phase motors, available in 115V, 230V, and 460V.

The pressure-balanced W Series gear pumps and fixed clearance GC Series pumps provide exceptional efficiency with low noise output. The integrated cartridge-style relief valves are designed to meet stringent reliability standards, ensuring dependable performance over time.

Maintaining ISO 4406 cleanliness level 18/14 or better is recommended for optimal performance. This adapter kit supports a wide range of premium-grade petroleum-based fluids, with an optimum operating viscosity range of 80-288 SSU.

The standard unit offers a translucent plastic reservoir with a usable volume ranging from 0.13 to 1.05 gallons or a steel reservoir from 0.18 to 4 gallons. The operating temperature ranges from -13deg;F to 175deg;F.

With support for various screw-in cartridge valves, including 2-way/2-position, 3-way/2-position, 3-way/3-position, and 4-way/2-position versions, this kit is versatile and adaptable to diverse industrial needs.

got a few different he2000 units runnin around the shop. will i need to track down specific adapter sizes for each one or are they universal

Tracking down multiple sizes is not necessary for that series. Every HE2000 power unit is built to use the exact same adapter size across the board.

Both, actually. The kits work for repairing or modifying existing HE2000 Series power units and for building custom units from the ground up. There's a Model Code system built into the HE2000 lineup that helps with kit selection when you're putting together a custom unit, so that takes some of the guesswork out of it.
