Heavy Duty Bilge-Drain-Live Well Hose, 1.50 Inch ID, Up To 50.00 PSI

Description & Features

Manufactured by Trident Rubber LLC this heavy duty bilge drain and live well hose features a 1.50 inch inner diameter and can withstand pressures up to 50.00 PSI. The corrugated clear vinyl with a black hard PVC helix provides exceptional flexibility and bend radius.

Designed for marine applications it is not recommended for below waterline thru-hull connections. Despite the non-smooth outer diameter clamping without cuffs has proven successful. The hose is compatible with shank type fittings which are best attached using stainless steel T-Bolt clamps.

A smooth tube construction ensures efficient fluid transfer and a clear with black helix design allows for easy visual inspection.

got a 1-1/2 inch bilge pump outlet, is this hose the right size and what’s the outside diameter?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 5, 2025, 6:01 PM
For a 1.50 inch inside diameter connection, this hose matches that size. The outside diameter is 1.79 inches, so plan your clamps and routing around that OD.

bought this for a livewell setup on my bass boat, does it actually stay clear enough to see if something's flowing through it, or does it cloud up after a season or two?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 6:41 AM
Visibility holds up well. The clear vinyl construction lets you check flow at a glance without cutting anything open or pulling fittings. Cloudiness over time depends on what runs through it and how it's stored, but the see-through design is a built-in feature of how this hose is made, not just a cosmetic thing. For livewell use where you want to catch any blockage or air pocket early, that visual access is genuinely useful day to day.
Question by: Rod C on Feb 24, 2026, 6:43 PM
What kind of fittings work best with this hose? I'm thinking about redoing my livewell setup.
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 26, 2026, 5:28 PM
Shank type fittings are the way to go. Stainless steel T-Bolt clamps will give you a solid connection.
