these come as a full set right? just want to make sure I'm gettin both the male and female halves together and not just one piece

the complete set includes both halves along with a 2-in-1 dust cap that fits on either the male or female side. You won't need to track down the other half separately.

got an Enerpac setup already. is this C-604 the same 3/8 high flow coupler they use on most pumps and cylinders?

On Enerpac equipment, the C-Series 3/8 inch high flow couplers are the standard used on most Enerpac pumps and cylinders up to 10,000 psi (700 bar). The C-604 is a complete set in that C-Series style.
