These CH-604 couplers rated to handle 10,000 psi continuous, or is that more of a peak figure?

10,000 psi is the max operating pressure for the C-Series, so that's the ceiling you're working within. Enerpac lists it as the standard rating across their pump and cylinder lineup, which means it's built to that spec as a working pressure, not just a momentary spike tolerance. You'll see this same rating across the C-Series male and female halves, so the full connected assembly holds that 10k figure.

got an Enerpac setup already. is this CH-604 the right male coupler half for the C-series high flow stuff up to 10,000 psi?

On Enerpac pumps and cylinders up to 10,000 psi (700 bar), the C-Series high flow couplers are the standard, and CH-604 is the male half in that C-Series high flow line. It is the 3/8 inch high flow style and is meant to pair with the matching female half.
