The DANFOSS (IGS) High Pressure Air Hose is engineered for high-pressure air service applications. This durable yellow hose with a 1.97 inch OD and 1.50 inch ID can withstand pressures up to 600 PSI. Designed for demanding environments it is suitable for oil field equipment drilling rigs mining operations construction sites and the steel and paper industries.

Constructed with an oil-resistant nitrile blend tube and reinforced with high-tensile steel wire this hose offers exceptional durability. Its pin-pricked synthetic rubber cover has an abrasion ozone and weather-resistant design making it ideal for harsh conditions.

Featuring a flexible minimum bend radius of 7.48 inches it allows for easy handling and installation in tight spaces. The hose is compatible with a range of fitting attachments including crimp swage and interlocking clamp methods and fits with Boss Ground joint Air hammer and Air king fittings.

With a temperature range of -40F to 200F this versatile high-pressure air hose is designed to perform reliably in various industrial applications. Available in a 100-foot reel it provides ample length for extensive use.

What kind of fittings work best with this here hose?

This high-pressure air hose can accommodate crimp, swage, and interlocking clamp fitting attachments. It's also made to work with Boss Ground Joint, Air Hammer, and Air King fittings.

hose is rated to 600 PSI but what kind of temps can it actually handle out in the field? we run equipment year round and winters get real rough

got a tight spot on a rig, how tight can i bend this hose without kinkin it

For routing in cramped areas, the minimum bend radius on this hose is 7.48 inches. Staying at or above that bend radius helps it flex without getting into a kink-prone bend.
