The High Pressure Air Hose, Yellow, 3.70 Inch OD, 3.00 Inch ID, Up To 600.00 PSI is designed for high-pressure air service in demanding industrial applications. It is constructed with an oil-resistant nitrile blend tube and reinforced with high-tensile steel wire, ensuring durability under harsh conditions. The hose cover is made of pin-pricked, abrasion, ozone, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber, providing protection against environmental elements.
With a maximum operating pressure of 600 PSI and a minimum bend radius of 14.96 inches, this hose is ideal for use in high-stress environments such as oil field equipment, drilling, mining, construction, steel, paper, and the rental industry. The hose is compatible with a variety of fittings and attachment methods, including crimp, swage, and interlocking clamp, and is designed to work with Boss, Ground joint, Air hammer, and Air king fittings.
The hose comes in a standard reel quantity of 100 feet and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40deg;F to 200deg;F, maintaining performance across varying conditions.

got an air line that sees about 500 psi sometimes. is this hose gonna handle that or am i pushin it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 6:32 AM
Pressure-wise you are inside the rating as long as you stay at or under 600 PSI maximum operating pressure. If your system can spike above that, this hose is not the right pick for those peaks.
Question by: Glen M on Aug 28, 2025, 3:45 PM
does this hose hold up in oilfield conditions or is it gonna break down quick out there
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 30, 2025, 6:26 AM
Built for exactly that kind of work. The tube is a nitrile blend that resists oil, and the cover is synthetic rubber rated against abrasion, ozone, and weather. Steel wire reinforcement runs through the whole thing to keep it from giving out under pressure. Oil field drilling is one of the named applications for this hose, so it is well suited for that environment.
