Built on a nylon core tube with polyester fiber reinforcement, this Polyurethane Hydraulic Hose Assembly, 0.25 Inch ID Hose, 6 ft Foot Length, 3/8 NPTF Fittings, Spring Guard, Up To 10000.00 PSI is rated for continuous service from -40° to 150°F and delivers a working pressure of 10,000 psi with a minimum burst pressure of 20,000 psi.
The polyurethane construction offers significantly extended service life compared to rubber hose and resists wear across demanding duty cycles. A spring guard protects the fitting ends, and 3/8" NPTF fittings are included on both ends. This assembly complies with MHI standard IJ100, making it suitable for high-pressure hydraulic tool and equipment applications where a compact 1/4" ID line is required.

Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Ralph L on Dec 12, 2025, 8:29 PM
hose says polyurethane but I keep burning through rubber hoses on my hydraulic press setup, how much longer is this thing actually gonna hold up compared to what I been running?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 8:48 AM
Polyurethane construction on these hoses is rated to last up to seven times longer than standard rubber hose under comparable conditions. The nylon core tube with polyester fiber reinforcement holds up through demanding duty cycles without the kind of surface cracking and degradation you typically get with rubber. For a press setup running continuous hydraulic cycles, that difference adds up fast in terms of replacement frequency and downtime.
Question by: Brent M on Jan 2, 2026, 1:53 PM
got a 10,000 psi setup. is this hose assembly actually rated for that all day long, or is that a max number?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 3, 2026, 8:05 PM
Rated working pressure is 10,000 psi, with a minimum burst pressure of 20,000 psi. It is also built for continuous service in the -40°F to 150°F temperature range.
Question by: Lance C on Apr 7, 2025, 9:00 AM
Is this hose likely to hold up if it's getting used pretty regular, say every day on a hydraulic press?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 9, 2025, 6:54 AM
Constructed with a nylon core and polyester fiber reinforcement, this hose is more durable than standard rubber hoses, offering a longer service life even with frequent use.
