This non-conductive hydraulic hose assembly from SPX Hydraulic Technologies offers a safe level of electrical isolation, with a leakage factor of less than 50 microamperes. Its polyurethane covering is colored orange for easy identification and is non-perforated to prevent moisture ingress.

The 20-foot hydraulic hose has a 0.25-inch inside diameter and features 3/8-inch NPTF fittings on both ends and a plastic guard. It is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 psi.

hose is orange, is that just for looks or does it actually mean something for how its used on the job?

need a hose that won’t carry stray voltage, is this one actually non-conductive or is that just the jacket color
