got a setup that needs electrical isolation, is this hose actually non-conductive or is that just talk

For jobs where the hose needs to provide electrical isolation, this dual-line assembly is built as a non-conductive hose with a leakage factor under 50 microamperes, which SAE considers a safe level of conductivity. It also uses an orange, non-perforated polyurethane cover so moisture does not get in and change the hose’s conductivity.
