This dual-line, non-conductive hydraulic hose assembly from SPX Hydraulic Technologies is designed for applications requiring electrical isolation. The hose features a polyurethane covering, colored orange for easy identification, and has a leakage factor of less than 50 microamperes, which meets SAE standards for safe conductivity.
With 3/8" NPTF fittings on both ends, this high-pressure hose assembly has a 0.25-inch ID and a length of 20 feet. All hoses have plastic guards. It is designed for a maximum operating pressure of 10,000 PSI and a burst pressure of 40,000 PSI.

Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Johnny M on Dec 25, 2025, 4:53 PM
Non-conductive hose, what exactly does that mean for something running at this kind of pressure, and is the orange color just for looks or does it actually serve a purpose?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 27, 2025, 6:15 AM
At 10,000 PSI, electrical isolation matters a lot in certain environments, especially around energized equipment or aerial work. Non-conductive means the hose is built so electricity can't travel through it, and this one holds to less than 50 microamperes of leakage, which SAE recognizes as a safe conductivity threshold. The orange covering isn't decorative. It's an industry standard color used specifically to flag non-conductive hose so workers can identify it at a glance without having to trace labels or markings. The covering is also solid polyurethane with no perforations, which keeps moisture out. Moisture getting into the hose wall would compromise conductivity ratings, so that sealed covering is doing real protective work, not just holding color.
Question by: Larry C on Jan 8, 2026, 1:36 PM
What size fittings come on this hose?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 9, 2026, 5:21 PM
It comes with 3/8" NPTF fittings on both ends, so it should hook right up to standard hydraulic equipment.
