The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen HK Series Quick Disconnect Couplings Plug is designed for various industries including agriculture, construction, transportation, and oil & gas. It meets ISO 7241-1 Series B standards and features a two-way self-sealing poppet valve for reliable pressure sealing.

The coupling has a -04 size with 1/4-18 NPTF threads, providing secure and efficient connections. Standard Buna-N seals offer durability, with optional seals available in PTFE, Neoprene, FKM, EPDM, and Kalrezreg; for different applications. The coupling is engineered to minimize fluid loss, with a maximum air inclusion of 1.20 cubic centimeters and fluid loss of 0.90 cubic centimeters.

Operating temperatures range from -40deg;F to +250deg;F for Buna-N, making it suitable for demanding environments. The male half quick disconnect coupling ensures easy installation and maintenance, with PTFE backup rings enhancing socket integrity. trying to swap out an old Series B plug, is this the male half with a 1/4-18 female NPT thread?

It is the male half (plug) for an Industrial Interchange ISO 7241-1 Series B style coupling, and the threaded end is 1/4-18 female NPTF.
