The HK Series Industrial Interchange Series B Steel Hydraulic Quick Disconnect Male Half -12 Coupling 3/4-14 Female NPT from Danfoss Power Solutions (II LLC Aeroquip) is engineered for a wide range of applications including agriculture hydraulic tools construction and fluid transfer.

Featuring a reliable self-sealing poppet valve design this coupling ensures high and low-pressure sealing minimizing fluid loss to 9.30 cubic centimeters and air inclusion to 11.50 cubic centimeters. The standard seal material used is Buna-N with optional seals available in PTFE Neoprene FKM EPDM and Kalrezreg; suitable for different temperature requirements.

The coupling meets ISO standard 7241-1 Series B dimensional requirements ensuring compatibility and performance. The push-to-connect male end with 3/4-14 NPT thread enables quick and secure connections and disconnections.

The Buna-N seals operate within a temperature range of -40deg;F to +250deg;F making this coupling suitable for demanding environments in industries such as military law enforcement/rescue and oil and gas.

seal material on these, is it just buna-n or can you get something different? running hydraulic fluid that gets pretty warm and want to make sure it holds up

Buna-N is the standard seal that comes with it, rated from -40°F up to 250°F, which covers most hydraulic fluid applications just fine. If your temps push past that, there are options available in Neoprene, EPDM, FKM, and Kalrez. FKM runs up to 400°F and EPDM tops out at 300°F, so depending on how hot things get, you've got room to move up.
