Danfoss Power Solutions presents the HK Series Industrial Interchange Series B Stainless Steel Hydraulic Quick Disconnect Female Half -06 Coupling with a 3/8-18 Female NPT connection. Designed for professional use in demanding environments this stainless steel construction provides exceptional corrosion resistance and fluid compatibility.

The industrial interchange coupling conforms to the ISO standard 7241/1 Series B. The PUSH-PULL ball latch design facilitates quick and easy hose line connections while the self-sealing poppet valve design ensures high and low pressure sealing efficiency.

Standard seal materials include Buna-N EPR and Viton. The body material of stainless steel guarantees durability. Temperature ranges vary with seal material: Buna-N from -40F to +250F Neoprene from -65F to +212F EPDM from -65F to +300F and FKM C from -15F to +400F.

Running stainless steel couplings on some chemical transfer lines and need to know what seal options come standard with this one. What does it ship with and what temperature range am I working with?

Buna-N is the standard seal material on this coupling, which covers a range of -40°F up to +250°F. If that range doesn't fit your application, the HK Series is also available with EPR and Viton seals. Viton (FKM C) handles the widest temperature swing, rated from -15°F all the way up to +400°F, so if you're running hotter fluids or more aggressive chemicals that's the direction to look. EPDM goes from -65°F to +300°F and Neoprene covers -65°F to +212°F on the cold end.

trying to swap out an old Series B coupler, is this one the stainless female half with a 3/8-18 female NPT port?

It is the HK Series Industrial Interchange (ISO 7241/1 Series B) female half, and the threaded port is 3/8-18 female NPTF. The coupling size is -06.
