The Ultra Clean Tech Corp Hose/Tube Cleaning Projectile is designed for efficient cleaning of hydraulic and pneumatic lines fuel lines food and beverage lines steam pipes heat exchangers and air conditioning systems. This cleaning projectile effectively assists in maintaining industrial components by removing blockages and contaminants from tubing and hoses with an inner diameter of 0.2362 inches.

The locking faceplate of the launcher unit pivots away from the body for seamless nozzle size changes. The air inlet port is equipped with a quick disconnect coupling and the trigger mechanism allows accurate firing of the projectile.

Crafted to accommodate various sizes a range of interchangeable nozzles ensures compatibility with different types of tubing and hoses. The minimum pressure requirement is 85 PSI with a maximum of 150 PSI offering flexibility in varied operational environments.

For optimal cleaning the projectile size should be approximately 20% larger than the inner diameter of the tube or hose being cleaned if the inner diameter is 2 inches or less.

these come in a pack of 100, right? just wanna make sure before i order cause we go through em pretty fast on the pneumatic lines

the package quantity is 100 projectiles. For use that run these regularly through pneumatic or hydraulic lines, ordering by the hundred is pretty standard practice, so you should be set.
