The launcher unit features a locking faceplate that pivots away from the body to facilitate easy nozzle size changes, and O-Ring seals guarantee a positive seal. Projectile firing is controlled via a trigger mechanism incorporated into the air inlet port's quick disconnect coupling.

Various nozzle sizes are available to suit specific needs: insert into hoses or pipes, JIC for male flared ends, TUBE for over the tube fittings, and BSP for female flared ends. The pressure range for this cleaning system spans from 85 PSI minimum to 150 PSI maximum.

Proper projectile sizing is essential; for IDs of 2 inches or less, a projectile with an OD approximately 20% larger is recommended. For larger IDs, a projectile with an OD about 10% larger is ideal, though individual needs may vary.

got a 1.30 inch inside diameter hose. is UC33 the right size projectile for it?

trying to figure out if these work on air conditioning and refrigeration lines or if they are strictly for hydraulic stuff

For IDs of 2 inches or less, the projectile's outer diameter should run about 20% larger than the inner diameter you're cleaning. This one is built specifically for a 1.30-inch ID, so the sizing math is already done for you. One thing worth knowing: if the projectile won't leave the nozzle, it's too big, and if it passes through without resistance it's too small. Should a projectile get stuck mid-run, fire an empty discharge from the opposite end to push it back out.
