Designed for the meticulous maintenance requirements of hydraulic, pneumatic, and fuel lines, as well as food and beverage systems, steam pipes, heat exchangers, and air conditioning so systems, this cleaning projectile ensures thorough internal cleaning.
Optimized for a 1.30-inch ID, it efficiently handles diverse applications. The launcher unit features a locking faceplate that pivots away from the body to facilitate easy nozzle size changes, and O-Ring seals guarantee a positive seal. Projectile firing is controlled via a trigger mechanism incorporated into the air inlet port's quick disconnect coupling.
Various nozzle sizes are available to suit specific needs: insert into hoses or pipes, JIC for male flared ends, TUBE for over the tube fittings, and BSP for female flared ends. The pressure range for this cleaning system spans from 85 PSI minimum to 150 PSI maximum.
Proper projectile sizing is essential; for IDs of 2 inches or less, a projectile with an OD approximately 20% larger is recommended. For larger IDs, a projectile with an OD about 10% larger is ideal, though individual needs may vary.

Question by: Duane S on Feb 24, 2026, 7:56 PM
got a 1.30 inch inside diameter hose. is UC33 the right size projectile for it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 26, 2026, 5:34 PM
Fit is based on the inside diameter, and this projectile is sized for about a 1.30 inch I.D. The listed I.D. for UC33 is 1.2992 inches, so it matches up with a 1.30 inch hose I.D. for cleaning.
Question by: Hank K on Aug 7, 2025, 4:08 PM
trying to figure out if these work on air conditioning and refrigeration lines or if they are strictly for hydraulic stuff
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 9, 2025, 6:31 AM
Refrigeration and air conditioning lines are perfect applications for these. The system clears out those tubes along with heat exchangers, food and beverage lines, fuel lines, and standard hydraulic or pneumatic setups.
Question by: Gene S on Oct 15, 2025, 5:52 PM
projectile sizing kinda confuses me, got a hose with a 1.30 inch ID and just wanna make sure this is the right one to grab
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 17, 2025, 8:40 AM
For IDs of 2 inches or less, the projectile's outer diameter should run about 20% larger than the inner diameter you're cleaning. This one is built specifically for a 1.30-inch ID, so the sizing math is already done for you. One thing worth knowing: if the projectile won't leave the nozzle, it's too big, and if it passes through without resistance it's too small. Should a projectile get stuck mid-run, fire an empty discharge from the opposite end to push it back out.
Question by: Floyd F on Oct 2, 2025, 7:07 AM
Reckon these projectiles would work for cleaning out some hydraulic lines on my tractor? They're about that size.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 4, 2025, 6:08 AM
They're designed for hydraulic and pneumatic lines, so they should do the job just fine, provided your lines are close to that 1.30-inch ID.
