The Ultra Clean Tech Corp cleaning projectile is designed for hydraulic and pneumatic lines fuel lines food and beverage lines steam pipes heat exchangers condensers and air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Its innovative design ensures optimal cleaning of hoses tubes and pipes.

Designed for an inner diameter of 2.76 inches this cleaning projectile effectively removes debris and contaminants. The pressure range for operation extends from a minimum of 85 PSI to a maximum of 150 PSI providing versatile cleaning capabilities.

The locking faceplate of the launcher unit pivots away from the body for easy nozzle size change with O-ring seals providing positive sealing. An air inlet port with a quick-disconnect coupling facilitates streamlined connections.

Various nozzle sizes and styles including hose & pipe JIC tube and BSP offer flexibility for different applications. Proper sizing is crucial; for cleaning an inner diameter of 2 inches or less the projectile's outer diameter should be approximately 20% larger than the inner diameter.

got a 2.76 inch I.D. hose, is the UC70 the right size projectile for it?

For a 2.76 inch inner diameter, UC70 matches that target size. The sizing guidance also says once you are over 2 inches I.D., you generally want the projectile about 10 percent larger than the I.D. so it seals and scrubs as it travels.
