DHT Series THIRD GENERATION - Digital Hydraulic Tester DHT04-B | FT11512-21

Description & Features

Designed for high-performance hydraulic testing, the DHT Series THIRD GENERATION Digital Hydraulic Tester DHT04-B by WEBTEC is an essential tool for measuring oil flow, pressure, and temperature. It boasts a maximum flow rate of 400 L/min (105 US gpm) and can withstand pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). With a flow accuracy of ±1% full scale and a pressure accuracy of ±1.6% full scale, this tester ensures reliable data for critical applications. It operates effectively within a fluid temperature range of -10 to 125 °C (14 to 257 °F) and an ambient temperature range of -10 to 50 °C (14 to 122 °F).

Constructed from painted mild steel and high tensile aluminium, the DHT04-B is robust and durable, weighing just 6.5 kg (14 lbs). The IP65 rating offers excellent protection against dust and water ingress. Powered by a 9V alkaline battery, it supports approximately 240 hours of low-power consumption operation. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, this tester meets diverse hydraulic testing needs with ease.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Dale H on Mar 26, 2026, 2:30 PM
Battery powered or does it need to be wired into something? I've got no outlets near where I'm testing.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 28, 2026, 7:53 AM
Runs on a single 9V alkaline battery, so no wiring or external power needed. Battery life is rated at approximately 240 hours, which is solid for field work. You can move it around the shop or out to equipment without hunting for a power source.
