Description & Features

The Hydraulic Double Vane Pump V Series Double Pump features a front displacement of 4.10 cu in/rev and a rear displacement of 2.80 cu in/rev. Engineered with a 2-bolt SAE B mounting flange and a 7/8 straight keyed shaft ensuring reliable performance in demanding environments such as oil and gas metal cutting and plastic injection molding industries.

The innovative intra-vane cartridge design significantly reduces noise and offers excellent volumetric efficiency.

Designed for clockwise rotation it includes a SAE 4-bolt flange with a 2-1/2 inch inlet and two outlets (1 inch front 3/4 inch rear) optimizing fluid transfer and operational efficiency.

Enhanced with Buna-N seal material and a single shaft seal this pump is built for durability and long-term usage. Its 45 counterclockwise rear outlet port position from the inlet port ensures flexibility and adaptability in various setups.

got a setup that needs a double pump, how are the two sections sized on this one?

Up front you are getting 4.10 cu in per rev, and the rear section is 2.80 cu in per rev, so it is a true double pump with two different displacements on a common shaft.

Got a machine running clockwise rotation off a 2-bolt SAE B setup, will this pump drop right in without a bunch of adapter nonsense?

Clockwise rotation and 2-bolt SAE B mounting are both confirmed specs on this unit, so fitment on a CW-driven system with that mount pattern should be straightforward. The shaft is a 7/8 straight keyed, so as long as your coupling matches that, you're good there too. The inlet runs 2-1/2 inch SAE 4-bolt flange, with a 1-inch front outlet and a 3/4-inch rear outlet, so just verify your line sizes before bolting up and you shouldn't run into surprises.
