Description & Features

The DELTROL steel inline hydraulic check valve features female 1/2-14 NPT ports and ensures high performance with a rated flow of up to 12.00 GPM and a maximum operating pressure of 5000 PSI. Constructed from durable steel, this check valve is ideal for use in hydraulic systems requiring reliable flow control with a low-pressure differential for opening and closing.

It achieves a Cracking Pressure of 1 to 2.5 PSI, making it suitable for demanding applications. Engineered with a high flow rating and low pressure differential requirements, this valve efficiently allows free flow in the direction of the arrow while providing a positive check in the opposite direction.

Ball and spring components are made from stainless steel, enhancing durability, while the ball follower is fashioned from Delrin. This combination ensures long-lasting performance under a maximum operating temperature of 200deg;F.

The body of the valve is available in brass, carbon steel, or stainless steel, offering versatility in selecting the appropriate material for specific system requirements.

running this on a hydraulic system that hits 4800 PSI pretty regular, is that gonna be a problem for this valve?

At 4800 PSI you're well within the rated limit. The valve is built for up to 5000 PSI in non-shock service, so steady operating pressure in that range is exactly what it's meant to handle. Just keep in mind that rating applies to normal working conditions, not pressure spikes or sudden surge loads.
