The DELTROL Fluid Products check valve ensures reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Constructed from durable steel, this check valve is suitable for hydraulic systems requiring robust componentry.
Featuring female 3/4-14 NPT ports, the valve allows for easy integration into existing setups. With a cracking pressure ranging between 1 to 2.5 PSI, it ensures optimal flow control with a low pressure differential requirement for opening and closing.
Designed for applications where free flow is needed in one direction and a positive check in the opposite, the valve supports a maximum operating pressure of 5000 PSI and a rated flow up to 20 GPM.
The high flow rating is achieved through a CV factor of 5.4100, optimized by components such as a stainless steel ball and spring, Delrin ball follower, and stainless steel retainer. The maximum operating temperature is 200deg;F.

Question by: Dustin K on May 24, 2025, 4:23 PM
Running a hydraulic system at 5000 PSI and need a check valve for a 3/4 inch line. This one rated for that or do I need to keep looking?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 26, 2025, 6:49 AM
Rated right up to 5000 PSI for non-shock service, so it fits that application without issue. Flow capacity tops out at 20 GPM and the ports are 3/4-14 NPT female on both ends. Steel body with stainless ball and spring, so it holds up well in hydraulic system environments. Cracking pressure runs between 1 and 2.5 PSI, which means it opens with very little differential and closes cleanly in the reverse direction.
Question by: Warren S on Mar 20, 2026, 2:33 PM
got a cylinder that likes to creep back when the pump’s off. is this the kind of check valve that’ll stop flow from going the wrong way?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 21, 2026, 4:16 PM
Built for one-way flow, it allows free flow in the direction of the arrow and provides a positive check in the opposite direction, which is the usual fix for backflow that lets an actuator drift.
Question by: Curt J on Apr 11, 2025, 8:39 PM
what's the cracking pressure on this valve? trying to figure out if it'll open up easy enough for my application without needing much pressure behind it
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 13, 2025, 10:50 AM
Cracking pressure runs between 1 and 2.5 PSI, so it takes very little pressure differential to get flow moving through it. That's a pretty low threshold, which works well in systems where you don't want resistance building up just to crack the valve open. Once flow is established, it moves up to 20 GPM at up to 5000 PSI operating pressure.
Question by: Carl M on Dec 6, 2025, 3:55 PM
What kind of pressure does it take to get this thing open? I'm dealing with some pretty low-pressure stuff.
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 8, 2025, 2:55 PM
This check valve cracks (opens) with a pressure between 1 and 2.5 PSI, making it suitable for low-pressure systems.
Question by: Glen P on Sep 28, 2025, 6:20 PM
i’m swapping out an old inline check valve. are the ports on this one 3/4 npt female on both ends?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 30, 2025, 6:46 AM
It comes with female 3/4-14 NPT ports, so it’s set up for standard 3/4 NPT male-threaded connections on each side.
