Steel Inline Easy Read Flow Control Valve, Female 1/8-27 NPT Ports, Up to 3.00 GPM & 5000.00 PSI

Description & Features

This steel inline easy read flow control valve from DELTROL Fluid Products allows controlled flow in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction. Flow adjustment can be performed under pressure and locked with a setscrew.

The valve body is constructed of steel, with a stainless steel needle, Viton O-rings, and Teflon washer seal. Color coding and a numerical readout allow positive, precise, and repeatable settings. This 1/8-27 NPT female port valve is rated up to 3.00 GPM and 5000 PSI and operates within a temperature range of -15°F to 200°F.

got a tight spot on my hydraulic line. is this the kind where you can tweak the flow while the system’s still pressurized, then lock it in?

Adjustment can be made under pressure on this valve, and once you have the flow where you want it you can lock the setting with the set screw. The easy read color bands and numeric readout are there to help you come back to the same setting later.

What kind of fluid can I run through this valve? I'm working with a hydraulic setup.

Since the body is made of steel, it's best suited for hydraulic systems. Brass valves are better for pneumatic or lower-pressure hydraulic setups.
