Description & Features

This brass inline flow control valve from DELTROL Fluid Products features female 1/8-27 NPT ports. The valve is designed for controlled flow in one direction and free flow in the opposite direction. Flow adjustment can be made under pressure and secured with a standard locknut.

The brass inline flow control valve is suitable for pneumatic and lower pressure hydraulic systems, offering a rated flow of up to 1.50 GPM and a maximum operating pressure of 2000 PSI. It includes a tamperproof adjustment key as standard. This valve operates within a temperature range of -15°F to 200°F.

flow adjustment on this thing -- can you actually make changes while the system is still under pressure, or do you have to shut everything down first?

You can adjust the flow while the system is pressurized. The needle is designed to be turned under live pressure, and once you've got it dialed in where you want it, the standard locknut lets you lock that setting down so it doesn't drift on you.
