Engineered for precision the steel inline flow control valve ensures controlled flow in one direction and free flow in the reverse. Its robust construction from carbon steel offers durability for hydraulic systems. Steel valves are ideally designed to handle up to 5000 PSI and a rated flow of up to 5.00 GPM.

Maintaining optimal performance in temperatures ranging from -15F to 200F the valve features a tamperproof adjustment key and an optional knurled knob. The locknut setting allows secure flow adjustments under pressure enhancing stability in various industrial applications.

The body is crafted from brass carbon steel or stainless steel with a needle made of 416 stainless steel for steel and stainless steel valves. Backup washers are made from Teflon and the tamperproof key is cadmium plated steel ensuring reliability in demanding conditions.

The steel inline flow control valve is equipped with Female 3/8-18 NPT ports making it suitable for precise hydraulic flow control. The inclusion of stainless-steel retainer and ball components increases longevity and operational efficiency.

need to choke down flow one way but still let it come back free, is that what this valve does?

For circuits where you want metered flow in one direction and a free return the other way, this inline flow control is built for that. It uses a needle adjustment to control the restricted direction, and it allows free flow in reverse.
