The steel inline easy read needle valve by Deltrol Fluid Products features female 1/2-14 NPT ports and offers reliable controlled flow for hydraulic systems. Engineered to handle pressures up to 5000 PSI and a flow rate reaching 28 GPM each valve ensures precision with a color-coded and numerical readout system.

The steel body construction features a stainless steel needle ideal for demanding environments. The valve can be adjusted under pressure and a set screw allows the setting to be locked securely. The metal knob and stem add to the durability of the overall design while the Viton O-ring and Teflon washer seal maintain performance across a temperature range of -15F to 400F.

how do you actually lock in a flow setting once you get it dialed where you want it? worried about it drifting on me mid-job

Once you've got the flow adjusted to where you need it, there's a set screw built into the valve that locks the position down. It won't drift on its own after that. The color-coded dial and numbered readout also make it easy to get back to the same spot if you ever have to reset it, since each full turn of the knob corresponds to one color band.
