This brass inline needle valve provides controlled flow in both directions. Flow adjustment can be made under pressure, and the setting can be locked with the locknut. The valve is suitable for pneumatic systems and lower-pressure hydraulic systems. This Brass Inline Needle Valve, Female 1/4-18 NPT Ports, Up to 7.00 GPM & 2000.00 PSI features a wide adjustment range due to its fine thread. A tamperproof adjustment key is standard, and a knurled knob is optional.
This needle valve has 1/4-18 NPT female ports, a rated flow of 7 GPM, and a maximum operating pressure of 2000 PSI. The body is constructed of brass, and the needle is brass. Viton O-ring packing and a Teflon backup washer provide reliable sealing. It is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -15°F to 400°F.

Product Questions & Answers (1)
Question by: Dustin H on Jun 11, 2025, 6:20 AM
got a pneumatic line running 1/4 NPT fittings and need to throttle flow without shutting things down completely, this valve work for that kind of adjustment under live pressure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 8:53 PM
flow adjustment on this one can be made while the system is still pressurized, so you don't have to kill the line every time you want to dial it in. The fine thread gives you a wide range of control, and once you've got the setting where you want it, the locknut holds it there so it doesn't drift on you. For a 1/4-18 NPT pneumatic setup, it's a solid fit.
