RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers with Built in Relief RV2FV2V125G | TSK6147-024

Description & Features

The RV Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers, featuring model RV2FV2V125G, are designed to precisely control hydraulic actuator speeds by adjusting the flow rate. Capable of handling a maximum flow of 47 L/min (12.5 US gpm) and withstanding pressures up to 250 bar (3630 psi), these flow dividers ensure reliable performance under demanding conditions. They operate effectively within a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F) and are compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158 standards, with the option for other fluids upon request.

Constructed with robust cast iron bodies and steel internal components, these flow dividers offer durability and longevity. The inclusion of an aluminum knob allows for easy adjustments, while NBR seals ensure leak-free operation. With a porting size of 1-1/16” -12UN #12 SAE ORB, these units are suitable for a variety of industrial applications, maintaining consistent performance in ambient temperatures ranging from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F).

Question by: Brent S on Apr 22, 2026, 3:38 PM
what's the max pressure this thing can handle? running a system around 3000 psi and want to make sure theres enough headroom
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 24, 2026, 7:59 AM
Rated to 250 bar, which works out to 3630 psi. At 3000 psi you'd have comfortable margin. The body is cast iron with steel internals, so it's built to handle that kind of working pressure without issue.
