Part of the WEBTEC VFD120 Series, this variable priority flow divider gives hydraulic system designers a reliable means of controlling actuator speeds by regulating flow between priority and secondary circuits. Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi) with a flow range of 0 to 76 L/min (0 to 20 US gpm), it suits a wide range of medium-to-high-pressure hydraulic applications.

The unit is built around a cast SG iron body with steel components and an aluminium adjustment knob, with internals of hardened steel and high carbon spring steel. NBR/PTFE seals support compatibility with mineral oils to ISO 11158 across a fluid temperature range of -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F). Porting is via a 1-1/16" -12UN No. 12 SAE ORB connection. At 2 kg (4.4 lbs), the VFD120RD200G is a compact, purpose-built component for demanding hydraulic service.
