The WEBTEC VFD120 Series Variable Priority Flow Dividers are engineered to manage hydraulic actuator speeds with precision and reliability. Capable of handling flows up to 95 liters per minute (25 US gallons per minute) and pressures reaching 420 bar (6000 psi), these dividers ensure optimal performance in demanding environments. Designed with a robust cast SG iron body and steel components, they provide durability and longevity in service. The flow dividers are compatible with mineral oils conforming to ISO 11158 standards and operate effectively within fluid temperatures ranging from -30 to 120 °C (-22 to 248 °F).
Versatile and practical, the VFD120 Series offers ease of use with 1-1/16” -12UN #12 SAE ORB porting and an adjustable aluminum knob for precise control. Internally, hardened steel and high carbon spring steel components offer enhanced resilience. With NBR and PTFE seals ensuring leak-free operation, these dividers are a reliable choice for industrial hydraulic systems.

what's the max pressure this flow divider can handle? running a pretty demanding circuit and don't want to spec something that'll give out on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 4, 2025, 7:30 AM
Rated to 420 bar (6000 psi), so it holds up well in high-pressure circuits. The body is cast SG Iron with hardened steel internals and high carbon spring steel components, which gives it the structural backbone to run at those pressures without issues. NBR and PTFE seals round out the package on the internal sealing side.
