Question by: Rick K on Aug 7, 2025, 9:09 AM
what temps can this cable handle sitting out on the machine all day? asking cause we run equipment in a pretty warm shop environment
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 8, 2025, 7:21 PM
Rated for ambient temps between 1 and 50 degrees C (that's 34 to 122 F), so a warm shop floor is generally fine as long as you're not pushing past that upper limit consistently. Below freezing it's not rated, so if the cable sits idle in an unheated building over winter, worth keeping that in mind before powering anything up cold.

How does the CAN Cable Assembly SR-CBL-003-55-MM handle different weather conditions?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 7, 2025, 9:35 AM
With an ambient temperature range of 1 to 50 °C (34 to 122 °F), this cable is built to withstand typical indoor environments where hydraulic systems operate. Its construction with materials like polyurethane and zinc nickel-plated brass ensures durability under these conditions.
