FI750 Series Hydraulic In-Line Flow Indicator FI750-180ASOT | FT5758-24

Description & Features

The FI750 Series in-line flow indicator is designed for continuous flow monitoring in hydraulic systems operating at up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Model FI750-180ASOT covers a working flow range of 10 to 180 L/min (4 to 48 US gpm), with a flow accuracy of ±4% full scale and temperature accuracy of ±2.5°C (±5°F).

Fluid temperatures up to 80°C (176°F) are supported in continuous service, with intermittent tolerance up to 110°C (230°F), and the unit is rated for ambient conditions between -10 and 50°C (14 to 122°F). The aluminium 2011T6 body incorporates mainly brass internals and FKM seals, giving a compact net weight of 1.3 kg (2.9 lbs). Main porting is 1-1/16" 12 UNF #12 SAE ORB, with 1/4" NPTF top ports. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with other fluids available on request.

ports on this thing, are they SAE ORB or something else? got a #12 fitting already plumbed in and don't want to swap everything out
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 29, 2025, 9:21 AM
Main ports are 1-1/16" - 12 UNF #12 SAE ORB, so if you've already got a #12 fitting in the line you're in good shape. There are also 1/4" NPTF top ports if you need a secondary connection point. Body is aluminum 2011T6 and internals are mostly brass, so standard hydraulic plumbing practices apply.

How well does the FI750-180ASOT handle temperature changes in a hydraulic system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 1, 2025, 9:15 PM
The FI750-180ASOT can manage fluid temperatures between 20 to 80°C (65 to 176°F) for continuous use, and it can withstand up to 110°C (230°F) intermittently for less than 10 minutes. This makes it suitable for environments with fluctuating temperatures.
