CT Series Turbine Flow Meters with Conditioned Output CT800-MA-F-B-6 | FT10597-02

Description & Features

Designed for demanding hydraulic measurement applications, the WEBTEC CT Series turbine flow meter handles flow rates from 20 to 800 L/min (5 to 210 US gpm) with a flow accuracy of plus or minus 1% Full Scale. Rated to 480 bar (7000 psi), the CT800-MA-F-B-6 suits high-pressure systems where reliable, conditioned signal output is essential.

Fluid temperature compatibility spans 5 to 90 degrees C (41 to 194 degrees F), with the unit accepting a 12 to 32 V DC power supply through an M12 5-Pin electrical connection. Porting is via a 1-1/2 inch number 24 SAE Code 62 4-bolt flange. The aluminium body incorporates steel and stainless steel internal components with FKM and EPDM seals, and the unit carries an IP66 rating for use in wet or dusty environments. Compatible with mineral oils to ISO 11158, with other fluid compatibility available on request.

Question by: Greg C on Aug 9, 2025, 6:03 PM
porting on this one is 1-1/2" SAE Code 62 4-bolt flange, does that match up with standard Code 62 fittings already on most mid-size hydraulic test benches, or is there anything special about the way it mounts?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 11, 2025, 7:19 AM
Code 62 4-bolt flange is about as common as it gets in that port size range, so it drops right into most test bench plumbing without any adapter work. The 1-1/2" #24 designation follows the standard SAE Code 62 pattern, meaning bolt spacing and face geometry are consistent with other Code 62 hardware at that size. Worth confirming your existing flanges are rated for the pressure side, this meter is rated to 480 bar, so the rest of the circuit needs to be up to that before you push it hard.
Question by: Rick O on Feb 28, 2026, 2:23 PM
How well does this turbine flow meter handle high pressure in hydraulic systems?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 2, 2026, 8:54 AM
The CT Series Turbine Flow Meter is built to withstand high pressures, handling up to 480 bar or 7000 psi. It's made for demanding hydraulic systems.
