CTA Series Heavy Duty Hydraulic System Flow Monitor CTA300-MA-B-6 | FT11365-04

Description & Features

The WEBTEC CTA Series Heavy Duty Hydraulic System Flow Monitor is designed to meet the rigorous demands of industrial applications. With a maximum flow capacity of 300 L/min (80 US gpm) and a pressure rating up to 420 bar (6000 psi), this flow monitor provides accurate performance with a flow accuracy of ? ±1% Full Scale. It operates efficiently over a wide fluid temperature range from -40 to 85 °C (-40 to 185 °F), making it suitable for various environments.

Constructed with durable aluminium, steel, and stainless steel materials, the CTA300-MA-B-6 model ensures long-lasting reliability. Its IP6K9K rating guarantees superior protection against dust and water ingress, while the 1" BSPP porting facilitates easy integration. The monitor supports mineral oils per ISO 11158, with options for other fluids upon request. Connectivity is versatile with options for CAN-bus or 4-20 mA, and it features an M12 5-Pin Code A electrical connection, powered by a 9 – 28 V DC supply.

Question by: Dean H on Jul 24, 2025, 5:47 PM
flow range on this one goes down to 8 L/min -- is that low end accurate or does it start drifting below maybe 20?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 11:16 AM
Accuracy is rated at ±1% of full scale across the whole operating range, which runs from 8 to 300 L/min. Full scale accuracy means the error margin is calculated against the 300 L/min maximum, not the reading at the time, so at lower flow rates the percentage-of-reading error will look larger in relative terms. That said, 8 L/min is the published lower bound, so the meter is intended to operate there. If your application sits consistently near that low end, it's worth factoring in what ±1% FS means in actual flow units for your use case before committing.
